Darren Denneman Appointed Talent Manager at Perth Football Club
Perth Football Club is thrilled to formally welcome Darren Denneman as our new Talent Manager, who commenced in the role July 1.
Darren brings with him a wealth of knowledge and leadership, underpinned by more than 30 years of elite football and sports administration experience. His most recent role saw him leading talent pathways and development programs for AFL NSW/ACT, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AFL and AFLW players.
A former AFL player with Sydney and Geelong, Darren’s extensive background spans across talent identification, high-performance program design, and coach development. He was a key figure in the success of the 2023 U18 Allies Championship campaign and has contributed directly to the development of more than 80 AFL/AFLW-listed players through his work across the country.
Darren’s appointment strengthens our football department significantly. His proven track record, strategic mindset, and deep understanding of the national talent landscape will be instrumental in guiding our club’s future stars and enhancing our high-performance environment.
