League & Reserves secure back to back Finals Berths

Perth Football Club’s League and Reserves sides have both secured their places in the WAFL finals for a second consecutive season following our League team’s hard fought 5 point victory over West Perth at HIF Health Insurance Oval on Saturday.
It’s another significant milestone for the Club, with both teams continuing their strong run of form to book their places in the finals for the second straight year.

Saturday’s result against West Perth was the final piece of the puzzle for our League side, with the 5 point victory locking Perth into third place heading into the finals. They will now turn their attention to Claremont, with the two sides set to meet in the Qualifying Final at Revo Fitness Stadium on Saturday, August 29. Finishing third means they have a double chance.

The Reserves have also secured a finals berth for the second consecutive season, continuing the Club’s strong development pathway and giving Perth two teams competing in September football. The Reserves are now preparing for a Qualifying finals clash against East Perth, and also a double chance.

With both teams now into the finals, the Club has plenty to look forward to as September approaches.

Two teams. One Club. One goal.
