Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is the Perth Football Club. Instagram is not affiliated with this promotion and does not endorse it.
Eligibility
Open to residents of Australia.
Employees, officers, agents or contractors of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
Entrants under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian’s consent to enter and claim the prize.
Entry Period
Giveaway opens at Monday August 11 at 5pm and closes at Monday August 18 12pm AWST.
Entries received after the closing time will not be valid.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
a) Follow the our Instagram page.
b) Like the specific giveaway post.
c) Either tag a friend in the comments or comment with their favourite PFC memory/moment.
Limit: One entry per person.
No Purchase Necessary
Entry is free. No purchase, payment, or consideration is required to enter or win.
Prize
One (1) signed, game-worn guernsey, autographed by the WAFL and WAFLW leadership groups.
If for any reason the specific prize becomes unavailable, a substitute of equal or greater value will be awarded.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message + announced on public instagram story within 1 business day of the closing date.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days, the Perth Football Club reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Permit Requirements (Western Australia)
As this is a game of chance, permits are generally not required in WA unless specific thresholds are exceeded.

Personal information collected from participants will be handled in accordance with the the Perth Football Club’s Privacy Policy. Data will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Disqualification & Conduct
The Perth Football Club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate conduct, or those using multiple, fake, stolen, or third-party accounts.
Liability & Release
The Perth Football Club excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or receipt of the prize.
Entrants release Instagram from all claims related to this giveaway.
