NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND LIST OF CANDIDATES FOR THE ELECTION TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 122 ^nd Annual General Meeting of the Perth Football Club Inc will be held on Tuesday 14 ^th December 2021 in the Lathlain Hall, Mineral Resources Park, Lathlain commencing at 7.30pm.

The order of business will be as follows:

1. Apologies;
2. Confirmation of minutes of the previous AGM;
3. Business arising out of the minutes;
4. Correspondence;
5. Annual Report of the President;
6. Auditor’s Report;
7. Receive the Financial Report of the Club;
8. Declaration of the election of Board Members;
9. Confirmation of Auditor;
10. Election of Patron and Vice Patrons;
11. Election of Life Members;
12. Notices of Motion; and
13. General Business.

PROXIES

Members who are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting are entitled to appoint in writing, a natural person who is also a member of the Club to be his/her proxy, and to attend and vote on the member’s behalf.

Written notice of the proxy must be given to the Chief Executive Officer before the commencement of the meeting.

NOMINATIONS FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

Members are advised that in accordance with rule 12.3.1 of the Club’s constitution that the following nominations have been received:

As the number of valid nominations is greater than the number of vacancies (4) to be filled an election is necessary and the relevant election material will be forwarded to members in due course.
