OPSM Community Football Program

As the official eye care partner of the AFL, OPSM have developed a great program to support Community Football clubs by providing cash, equipment and eye screenings.  Community clubs can apply for the program via the OPSM website .

Applications must be received by Sunday 25 ^th May .

From there, fifteen (15) clubs will be selected to receive:

• $1000 cash
• $1000 worth of equipment
• OPSM coming to the club (at training/match days) to conduct eye screenings for all members (players, coaches, parents, supporters etc.)
