INTIX App
Download the INTIX app on your phone. Using the email address and password used to sign in to your membership, login or create an account.
You should see your membership under the ‘season tickets’ tab.
You should see all the games appear in the ‘tickets’ tab down the bottom of the screen in the app.
If the user clicks on the correct game, a QR code will appear which can be scanned in at the gate of the relevant venue once per game day.
If you are a Country or Flexi member, you will need to have redeemed your tickets through the membership portal, prior to viewing them on your INTIX app.
MANUAL CHECK IN
It is our preference that the majority of users have the app set up in time for Round 1 games.
CARDS are also accepted. Gate staff can search for a name and ‘Check in’ individuals if cards have been the preferred option when signing up. This is a slower process, hence our preference for the majority to use the app where possible
Important to know that only 1 scan per membership will be accepted at the gate. If a barcode has been used to scan in using a phone, the correlating card cannot be used to enter as the scanner will pick up that the member has already scanned into the ground.
