WAFLW Head Coach – 25 September 2026
With her priorities for 2027 and beyond in mind, Stephanie Walding has made the decision to step away from her role as WAFLW Head Coach.
The Club wishes to sincerely thank Steph for her contribution to the Demons and the important role she has played in the continued development of our WAFLW program.
Under Steph’s leadership in 2026, the Demons recorded eight wins and a draw, building on the three wins achieved in the Club’s inaugural WAFLW season in 2025 and representing an important step forward for the program.
Steph’s dedication to supporting and developing our players has been greatly appreciated, and the Club is grateful for the time, effort and passion she has given to the WAFLW program.
Steph leaves the program having helped establish further foundations for its continued growth, and we wish her all the very best for the future.
As the Club continues to develop its WAFLW program, we remain committed to providing the environment and support required for our players, coaches and football program to continue to grow.
With the progress made this season and a talented playing group continuing to develop, there is plenty to be positive about as we look towards 2027 and beyond.
