In a stunning grab for the Perth Football Club, Guy Langdon has committed to joining the Club. The 195cm, 25-year old player can play ruck, midfield, centre-half forward and on a wing and is expected to make an impact on the Club's on-field success.
Langdon will join the Perth FC after a successful season with the Dampier Sharks in the North Pilbara Competition.
“You can just throw him anywhere you wanted and he’d get the job done for you," Former Fremantle defender Steven Dodd commented in an interview with The West Australian.
Dodd played alongside Langdon in the Pilbara last season. He said based on what he saw, the older - and considerably taller - Langdon had all the attributes needed to make it to the elite level of the sport.
Guy joined the Demons for the pre-season and attended the camp over the weekend.
"He fills an essential spot in the team and is already a great fit with the playing group," Football Operations Manager Dale Ballantyne stated.
"The coaching staff and entire club is excited to see what he does when the season starts."
