ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 123 rd Annual General Meeting of the Perth Football Club Inc will be held on Tuesday 13 th December 2022 in the Lathlain Hall, Mineral Resources Park commencing at 7.30pm.
The order of business will be as follows:
- Apologies;
- Confirmation of minutes of the previous AGM;
- Business arising out of the minutes;
- Correspondence;
- Annual Report of the President;
- Auditor’s Report;
- Financial Report;
- Declaration of the election of the Board;
- Confirmation of Auditor;
- Election of Patron and Vice Patrons;
- Election of Life Members;
- Notices of Motion; and
- General Business.
Any Notice of Motion is to be received by the Chief Executive Officer by 4.00pm Wednesday 16 th November 2022.
BOARD ELECTIONS
President one (1) Directors four (4) to be elected for a two (2) year term.
Eligible Perth Football Club members prepared to serve as President or as a Board Member for the next two years are invited to nominate now. This can be done by completing the Nomination Form available from the Chief Executive Officer at the Perth Football Club office located at Mineral Resources Park and returning it to reach:

By no later than 4.00pm on Friday 11 th November 2022.
Each nomination must include a passport size photo together with a written resume of the nominee’s pertinent history not exceeding 200 words.
Retiring Directors are eligible to nominate.
