Round 14 Preview Perth vs East Fremantle
After being away from home for a month Perth are back at Lathlain Park this week when they take on East Fremantle.
Last week the Demons were only 10-points down at the last change but East Perth kicked seven goals to three in the final quarter to run out 36-point winners.
Clint Jones lead the way for Perth collecting 35 possessions and a goal while Liam McKenna (29, one goal), Aidan Tropiano (26) and Lennon Marlin (22, nine marks) where other strong contributors.
The Sharks played Subiaco last week with the Lions running out winners by 78 points.
East Fremantle has won 14 of the last 15 meeting between these two sides. The Demons last victory over the Sharks was back in round 19 last season when the won by 19 points.
In the reserves Perth lost by 37-points to the Royals with Jacob Payne, Ashley Boyes, Kurtis Chester and Brennan Stack all putting in good performances to push their cases for a league recall. East Fremantle reserves won by the closest of margins defeating Subiaco by one point.
The Demons won a close one in the colts by three-points while the Sharks beat the Lions by 25 points.
