Announcement of Special General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of a Special General Meeting of members of the Perth Football Club Inc to be held on Tuesday 19th June 2018 in the main hall at Lathlain Oval Goddard Street Lathlain commencing at 7.30pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider and if thought appropriate pass a Special Resolution to rescind the Club’s existing constitution and adopt a new constitution to meet the requirements of the new Incorporated Associations Act 2015.   A copy of the new constitution is available on the Club’s website or from the Club.

Any member who wishes to recommend any amendments to the new constitution should forward full details of the proposed amendments in writing to the Chief Executive Officer at least 14 days prior to the date of the Special General Meeting.
