What’s on at Mineral Resources Park

It's all happening at Round 1 of the 2019 WAFL season!

Note: Lathlain Park has been renamed Mineral Resources Park.

FREE Kids Zone

Each home game, our free kids zone will have a new attraction. At Round 1, the kids can enjoy a bouncy castle and the Bupa marquee with a handball target.

For the older kids (and the adults, too!) there will be a football 'dartboard' competition. With some great prizes on offer, make sure you enter.

Phoenix Insurance Half Time Entertainment

Kick for cash - your chance to win $500 CASH!

Competing for $500 cash is as easy as this:

1. Sign up at the Team Store by the end of the first quarter

2. Five competitors will be drawn at random at sent a text saying they will be able to compete at half time

3. All competitors must be at the grounds entry by the can bar by half time

4. Kick a goal and stay in the competition

5. Whoever kicks a goal, or the most goals, wins!

Kid's running races

No need to register, just make your way down to the oval at half time.

There are three age categories, with a winner from each. The three winners will be awarded $20 cash and a $10 Perth Football Club Team Store voucher.

Age groups: under 5s, under 9s and under 12s.

Food & Beverage

The canteen and all club bars will open on game day. At The Bar on the Hill, there will also be a food truck.

All outlets have eftpos facilities.

The Team Store will be open all day. Grab your 2019 merchandise and head here for any game day questions you may have.

Getting your 2019 membership

We expect game day to be extremely busy, with higher than usual traffic. Please allow extra time on the day if you are planning on signing up for a membership, collecting your pack or collecting merchandise.

Renewing or signing up on game day
There will be a membership stall outside the main gates where you will be able to sign up for your 2019 membership. Under the Constitution, new members will be posted their pack, while 2018 membership who are renewing for 2019 will be able to collect their pack on the day.

As new members will not have their packs and membership card, they will be given a complimentary game day pass for Round 1.

Membership pack collection
If you have already purchased your 2019 membership and elected to collect your pack on the day, you will be able to do so from the stall outside the main gate at Round 1.

Merchandise collection
If your membership pack came with a cap or water bottle, you will be able to collect your merchandise from the Team Store (next to the canteen).

Post-Match Function

Following the game, we invite everyone to attend our 2019 Player Auction & game day ball auction in the Main Hall.

The commemorative ball used in the match will be signed by the coaches and captains of the Perth Football Club and West Coast Eagles WAFL side. A true collectors piece for the PFC or WCE supporter.

After the auctions, the WCE v Collingwood game will be shown on the big screen.

Futures bouncedown: 3.30pm

Tickets are available for purchase at the gates, Eftpos failities are available.

Getting to the Grounds

We are expecting a high level of traffic on game day and recommend using Public Transport to get to the ground.

Mineral Resources Park (Lathlain Park) is a short walk along Bishopsgate Street from Victoria Park Train Station on the Thornlie Line.

Park safely and responsibly in accordance with the street parking signage – Town Rangers and parking officers will be out and about.

Parking on the edge of the park along McCartney Crescent will be available.

Off street parking in the site on the corner of Bishopsgate Street and Roberts Road will only be available for VIPs.
