Vale Pat Dalton
Written by Bob Shields
Club President Bob Shields has the sad duty to inform Members, Sponsors and Players along with the wider Football community, that Perth legendary player Pat Dalton, passed away on 8th January.
"Pat was a vital member as centreman in the 1966-67-68 Triple Premiership team, a Perth Hall-of-Famer, Club Legend and the 1970 Sandover medallist," said Shields.
“He was truly one player who not only had supreme talent, but was genuinely admired by all who played with and against him”.
Condolences and memories from team-mates have poured in today.
Among them, a wonderful quote from Bryan Cousins “great player, an even better bloke!”
R.I.P “Irish.”
