Talent Manager – Perth Football Club

The Perth Football Club participating in the West Australian Football League (WAFL), is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified person to the role of Talent Manager.

The Talent Manager is responsible for managing the talent pathway programs for the Perth Football Club in both our regional and metropolitan areas. This includes our regional talent academies as well as the under 14s through to Colt's programs at the club.

The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills,

• State Level, WAFL Talent Pathway or WAAFL Coaching Experience

• Working with Children Check & Police Clearance

• Demonstrate a high level of stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrate high level leadership skills

• Demonstrate a high level of verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate high level computer literacy skills

• Demonstrate the ability to manage time and complete tasks independently and effectively
