The development application for the new home of the Perth Football Club is out for community comment
The proposed development includes replacement of the grandstand and construction of new facilities for football, training, spectator and community use.
The new facility will be located just north of the existing grandstand, with access from Goddard Street. The proposed building comprises three distinct levels:
- Oval level – with changerooms, warm up and training areas
- Goddard Street level – containing the main 800-seat grandstand, Perth Football Club lounge/function area, members bar, commercial kitchen, and a TOVP-managed community space
- Upper Grandstand level – with Perth Football Club areas including coaching boxes, office space and a media/board room.
