We proudly announce the inaugural Aboriginal Team of the Century. This historic event marks the first time in our club’s 125-year history that we have undertaken this initiative.

The Perth Football Club Aboriginal Team of the Century seeks to celebrate the outstanding achievements of Aboriginal athletes who serve as role models for generations to come. By honouring the past and inspiring the future, the Aboriginal Team of the Century stands as a proud testament to the achievements of Aboriginal athletes and their mark on our club’s history.

As a club, we are immensely proud of this initiative and all Aboriginal players who have been part of our 125-year journey. Their contributions have enriched our history, and their legacies continue to inspire and uplift our community.

Players selected exemplify incredible skill and dedication, celebrating their enduring impact both on and off the field. These individuals have excelled in their sporting careers and served as role models, inspiring future generations to pursue their dreams.

The team was selected based on several key criteria, including significant contributions and impact while playing for the Perth Football Club in the WAFL League, development through the Perth Zone of WA, legacy and influence on the club, the AFL industry, and the wider community, as well as exemplary character, sportsmanship, leadership, and commitment to the Perth Football Club's values.

The team will be formally announced at the award ceremony on the 16^th of August at our club function centre, Lathlain Hall.
