Perth vs East Perth Preview
This Sunday the Perth Football Club welcomes the travelling East Perth Football Club to Brownes Stadium for Round 13 of the 2013 AAMI WAFL Premiership Season.
The Perth Football Club hopes that all Demons supporters get down to the game on Sunday to help cheer on the boys. We would love to see a massive crowd of Demons fans here at Brownes Stadium as the league team aim to get back into the winning circle.
Colts 9:10
The Colts are in fifth position on the ladder and will be looking to win their third match in a row. This is something that they haven’t achieved since last year when they won three matches in a row between rounds 16-19. A win against the seventh placed East Perth would see the Demons keep in touch with the top four, which they are currently two games behind the fourth placed Subiaco.
Last time these two teams played each other was in Round 7 this year with Perth 15.3 (93) defeating East Perth 10.13 (73).
Reserves 11:40
Perth and East Perth are joint top of the table with only percentage separating the two teams. This match is sure to be a beauty with each team battling for top of the table supremacy.
Last time these two teams played each other the Demons were victorious winning 17.9 (111) to 10.4 (64).
League 2:10
This game has the potential to dramatically change the ladder. If the Demons lose and other results go against them they could drop to sixth on the table.
Last time these two teams played each other, seven last quarter goals to Perth helped them beat East Perth 19.16 (130) to 11.13 (79). In that match Paul Bevan and Simon Tunbridge each kicked four goals and Dene White had 22 possessions.
Brendan Lee had 37 possessions and Scot Lycett kicked three goals for the Royals so the Demons will have to look out for them.
