Numbers Up At The Demons
The Perth Football Club has announced their jumper numbers for the 2015 McDonald’s WAFL Premiership Season with some new faces inheriting some famous numbers.
With the retirements of popular players Matthew Moody, Nick Kane and Paul Bevan there was definitely some intrigue to see which players would take over their numbers this year.
Former Swan Districts premiership player Brent Wolfenden takes over Bevan’s #6, new Swan Districts recruit Brent Latch inherits Moody’s #10 and Peel Thunder recruit Toby Gianatti will now wear #25 which was previously worn by Kane.
Aiden Tropiano has decided to change to #4 which was previously worn by Joel Leeson while Joel Kalajzic will now wear #13. Livewire forward Callum Collard has been rewarded for a breakout season and will now don #15 while Kieran Hug will now wear #24, David Johnson will wear #22 and the returning Kane Ransted #18.
The other number changes are Kelvin Lawrence #8, Liam, McKenna #17, Scott Moore #27, Blake Borrett #29, Jordan Busher #30, Rowan Garlett #37, Marty Walley #39, Todd Stevenson #49, Cody Leggett #42, Lennon Marlin #44, Sam McGillivray #45, Jacob Payne #46, Hayden Tanner #52 and Callum Walley #56.
