Round 2 Preview Perth V South Fremantle
Perth will be looking to bounce back from their opening round loss to Swan Districts when they take on South Fremantle at Lathlain Park this Saturday.
The Demons could welcome back Chance Bateman, Chris Billings, Mitchell Browne and Callum Collard.
Ryan Gray (26 disposals, 6 marks), Joel Kalajzic (25 possessions, 7 marks) and Scott Moore (25 disposals, 4 tackles) could also be in line for a call up to the league team after performing strongly in the reserves 50-point loss to Swans last week.
Last week the Bulldogs were impressive, recording a strong 35-point victory against West Perth. South’s were lead by the Ham’s brothers, Ashton and Kyle, who combined for 52 possessions between them.
This week will also see Lathlain Park become the first WAFL ground to be televised on Channel 7. It would be great to see a massive crowd of Perth supporters all wearing red and black. This could see you win a $50 voucher from Belmont Forum as the ‘Supporter of the Week’.
There will also be plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained with an ice cream van, bouncy castle, face painter, balloon animals and our half time running races. All kids that come on Saturday also have the chance to enter the draw to win a new bike thats to the support from Garland Cycles.
The colts match will start at the later time of 9:25am this week while the reserves kick off at 11:55am and the league game gets underway at 2:40pm.
