The AFL wishes to advise that following a meeting with AFL State CEOs a collective decision has been made to postpone the operation and / or the commencement of each premier State League and national and state talent program across the country.

The decision was collectively agreed upon based on the part-time nature of these competitions and the financial implications for the State League clubs and State Leagues.

This decision is effective until May 31.

Please be advised that the Futures and Colts games v South Fremantle scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday 14 March, have now been postponed.

This decision has been made following advice from the Health Authorities and the AFL.

In line with recent health protocols surrounding novel coronavirus COVID-19, it is with regret that the Perth Football Club is postponing the 2020 Season Launch.

The intra-club match scheduled for this evening has also been postponed.

The Club will reschedule these events and share more information as it becomes available.

The Perth Football Club would like to update our valued partners, members and supporters on the evolving novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, and the precautions the Club is currently taking.

The Perth Football Club extends our condolensces to 2019 Club Legend and former Club Captain Adrian Barich following the loss of his dad, John Barich.

Our thoughts and sympathies are with Adrian and his family at this time.
