Perth Club President Bob Shields said this week the Club was disappointed to be called into an arbitration hearing over Cody Leggett next Wednesday.

“Cody is the one who called for this,"  he stated.

He is a contracted and required player at Perth.

“We will present our case, but why is a contract not a contract?" he asked.

On the back the overwhelmingly positive response to Perth Football Club’s 120-year celebratory logo, the Club decided to undertake a review of our branding elements, including our logo.

As part of that process, the Club engaged one of Australia’s leading brand consultants, Mike Edmonds, co-founder of Meerkats, to define the purpose of the club for 2020 and beyond.

This Friday night Perth Football Club will unite with sport and media personalities to raise funds for the Bushfire Appeal Relief.

Perth is supporting this charity match by getting involved in the kids zone. Perth players will be in the kids zone from 4.30 – 7.30pm and bringing with them a bouncy castle, handball target, goals and plenty of prizes!

Club President Bob Shields has the sad duty to inform Members, Sponsors and Players along with the wider Football community, that Perth legendary player Pat Dalton, passed away on 8th January.

The Perth Football Club is saddened to share the news that Simon Jenkins passed away on Christmas Eve.

Jenks was involved at the Club as a runner and generously volunteered his time with the playing group at Ringside Boxing. He was a leader and mentor among the Club’s players and coaches.
