Multicultural Breakfast A Success
Last Thursday the WAFC hosted the annual multicultural round breakfast at Pattersons Stadium.
The Demons District staff and stakeholders from Lynwood FC, Australian Islamic School and Queens Park JFC joined us for a great morning. The event was hosted by game Development Manager Warren Nel and included a Q&A session with West Coast Eagles Superstar and Multicultural Ambassador Nic Naitanui, Richmond FC’s Bachar Houli and the WAFC's own Multicultural officer Paul Mugambwa.

Kirby Bentley Cup
Last Friday night the Demons District and Thornlie Junior Football Club hosted the inaugural Kirby Bentley Cup indigenous youth girls football carnival under lights at Tom Bateman Reserve.
The best indigenous girls from around the state – including Goldfields and Geraldton put their skills to the test for matches against the Perth metro districts with over 150 participants in total. Auskick Gala Day
On Saturday the 28th of June the Demons District hosted the Auskick Gala Day for the first time here at Lathlain Park.
The bright and early start didn’t bother the young players and their families as very healthy crowd for the first bounce at 8am.
There were eight fields of games running all the way through to 2.30pm with great representation from all district clubs across the day.

Youth Girls Get A Kick Out Of Gala Day
On Sunday the 6th of July The Perth, South Fremantle, Swan Districts and East Perth District Football Development Council’s ran a youth girl’s gala day at Anning Park. The event was hosted by the South Fremantle Women’s Football Club.

July Holiday Clinic A Success
On Monday the 14th of July the Perth Demons District and Football Club held our annual Holiday Clinic at Lathlain Park. Over 100 players and kids from around our district braved tough winter conditions to spend a day learning and honing their footy skills. The Kids were split up into their age specific groups of which all carried names of PFC legends and current champions (Brian Cook, Barry Cable, Paul Bevan and Lance “Buddy” Franklin).
