Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Perth Football Club Inc will be held on Monday 16 th December 2019 in the Lathlain Function Centre Main Hall, Mineral Resources Park commencing at 7.30pm.
The order of business will be as follows:
- Apologies;
- Confirmation of minutes of the previous AGM;
- Business arising out of the minutes;
- Correspondence;
- Annual Report of the President;
- Auditor’s Report;
- Financial Report;
- Declaration of the election of the Board;
- Confirmation of Auditor;
- Election of Patron and Vice Patrons;
- Election of Life Members;
- Notices of Motion; and
- General Business.
Any Notice of Motion is to be received by the Board Executive Officer, John Matthews, by 4.00pm Wednesday 20 th November 2019.
