Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Perth Football Club Inc will be held on Monday 16 ^th December 2019 in the Lathlain Function Centre Main Hall, Mineral Resources Park commencing at 7.30pm.

The order of business will be as follows:

1. Apologies;
2. Confirmation of minutes of the previous AGM;
3. Business arising out of the minutes;
4. Correspondence;
5. Annual Report of the President;
6. Auditor’s Report;
7. Financial Report;
8. Declaration of the election of the Board;
9. Confirmation of Auditor;
10. Election of Patron and Vice Patrons;
11. Election of Life Members;
12. Notices of Motion; and
13. General Business.

Any Notice of Motion is to be received by the Board Executive Officer, John Matthews, by 4.00pm Wednesday 20 ^th November 2019.
